Treated test tubes for platelet count from venous or capillary blood
Individual test for direct platelet count from capillary blood

The test set consists of:
1 test tube with 1 ml reagent
1 treated end-to-end capillary 20 µl
1 capillary for filling the counting chamber

The blood filled end-to-end capillary is immediately put into the test preparation. After approx. 3 minutes haemolysis occurs, the counting chamber can be filled and after a sedimentation of 10 minutes, counting can be begun in the microscope.

The sample material is added to the staining solution in the desired ratio, mixed gently, and after 20 - 30 minutes the smear can be made.
